Study visit to the University of Applied Sciences in Elblag, Poland. Day 2

The second day of the study visit to the University of Applied Sciences in Elbląg, Poland, as part of the Erasmus+ BOOST project, was marked by fascinating experiences! 

The participants started the day with a visit to the Gdańsk University of Technology, where they had the honor of meeting Prof. Jacek Leblaedz at the Immersive 3D Visualization Lab. This modern laboratory is equipped with a CAVE Automatic Virtual Environment, which features stereoscopic projection screens covering the walls. Our visit included hands-on experience with the applications developed there, providing us with a unique insight into immersive technologies.

Later in the day, we visited the IT Center of the Tricity Academic Computer Network TASK. Here, we were shown a supercomputer designed and operated by the center, highlighting the cutting-edge technological capabilities in the region.
