
Training course “Project Writing Course” (Poltava V.G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University, Ukraine)
During December, 18-22 Poltava V.G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University is hosting a training course “Project Writing Course” in the framework of “Bringing Opportunities and Organizational Success To Small Local Universities in Ukraine” ERASMUS+ project.
Day 1 (18.12.2023)
Day 1 has started with official launch of the course, welcome words from Prof. Maryna Grynova, the Rector of V.G. Korolenko Poltava National Pedagogical University. Participants from 7 Universities-partners were acquinted with the overview of the course program and learning outcomes, discussed course expectations and fears. Among the topic raised this day there were the following ones: “Funding and Tender Portal: Navigation Strategies and Erasmus+ project submission”, “International Project Idea Development: Experience Sharing from the UA Partners”. Participants took part in the Marketplace of ideas, discussed prospective Erasmus+ project ideas, identified overlapping areas, merged ideas together with BOOST international coordinator Alesia Golovko and formed working groups.







Day 2 (19.12.2023)
The second day of the training “Project Writing Course” in Poltava V.G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University was devoted to the discussion of the potential project ideas with BOOST international coordinator Alesia Golovko.
During this day the participants made project visualization of the results of their teamwork, finalized them and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of project ideas, identified strengths and ways for the improvement. Among the topics raised this day there were the following ones: “Getting acquainted with Erasmus+ proposal template”, “WP 1: Management and quality control essentials”, “WP last: Dissemination and Sustainability essentials”. Day 3 (20.12.2023)
During Day 3 the participants of “Project Writing Course” took part in Online session with a representative of Erasmus Office in Ukraine (Svitlana Shytikova), followed by a Q&A session, worked on project relevance, needs analysis and added value essentials and finally transferred day ideas into the proposal template. Among the topics raised this day there were the following ones: “Project Relevance: Essentials” and “Project Needs Analysis and Added Value: Essentials”.





Day 4 (21.12.2023)
During Day 4 the participants of “Project Writing Course” were working on the project concept and methodology, project management and quality assurance. Representatives of 6 Ukrainian universities identified risks that can affect the project and finally transferred day ideas into the proposal template. Among the topics raised this day there were the following ones: “Project Concept and Methodology: Essentials”, “Project Management and Quality Assurance”, “Logical Framework/Matrix” and “Formulation of risks”.





Day 5 (22.12.2023)
During Day 5 the participants of “Project Writing Course”, which is held in the framework of “Bringing Opportunities and Organizational Success To Small Local Universities in Ukraine” ERASMUS+ project, got acquainted with the concept of budget, what its parts are and how to approach it in the project. Participants summarized the ideas, mentioned that the course met their expectations. Among the topics raised this day there were the following ones: “Budget table: How it works”, “Charts and tables in the application from connected to the budget. What they show. How to avoid disbalance” and “Online part of the application. Application validation and submission”.
